A shorter ex-factor made space for black rage to return from Manchester and during the 9/28/2014 bowl show. At that show there was a segment of give and take. Not sure if a cover / or an improvisation, but that would be the only change to the setlist apart from I get out being added to the unglugged section.

Cheers people ! I really can't stop listening to the Atlanta version of doo wop ! I liked the draft day version too but that Atlanta one had something special about it !

Oh Jerusalem was performed in Europe - I heard it with my own ears. That aside, I am finding it difficult to enjoy this forum too with all the "additional commentary". Why not start a seperate thread for religious and philosophical commentary and let the focus of the music threads be about the music.

No rush lol ! Apparently there is only so much clean up can be done with tracks once that distortion is in there but should be able to do something - Did you managed to rip the audio of ex factor from the Paris YouTube vid before it got taken down by any chance ? Maybe we should sponsor pj to follow the next tour, I don't know how he does it but his audio is always the cleanest

Having followed this tour from NYC to London via YouTube and in person I was hoping you would all help in compiling a live album sourced from the various recordings out there. My personnel preference would be the following versions, some of which have been sadly deleated from you tube. Final Hour - 9 mile music festival version Mr Intentional, Damnable H and Guarding the Gates from DC Doo Wop - the Atlanta version Lost ones - 9 mile version Ex factor - Paris version featuring all the movements (deleted from YouTube ) and the Boston version with the love without fear section. Could you be love, is this love, jammin, satisfy my soul and bang bang from rototom festival. KMS - slow version from San Fransisco Oh Jerusalem, Adam lives in theory. And Turn Your lights down low from Minneapolis I never dreamed you'd leave in summer - any version Black rage - Atlanta version Zion - Any version ( Sydney ? ) Ready or not - any version How many mics - Minneapolis Fugee la - any version Zealots - any version Plus the aretha songs from cheese string incident and loves in need of love from Atlanta. Get on board people and suggest ya favourite your favourite versions from this tour Soul Rebel, KMS (after the addition of the wi oh oh oh section) everything is everything with a change is here ending. Loads of great versions of these. If we could pull this off it would make an awesome album:) The only song missing is consumerism - loved the song but so far prefer the recorded version to the live versions I have heard except the expanded ending was pretty awesome. Anyone have the version I think she performed in Norway ?

Amazing show. Amazing human being. A Philosopher in the old sence of the word when people lived their philosophy rather than just talked about it. To paraphrase Marcus Auralius, it does not matter how much shit is thrown in the fountain the water will wash it clean. "Music is supposed to inspire" and oh boy from the content to the delivery to the limited contrivance, Ms Hill's approach sure does. I'll always invest my time in sincerity and soul over feelingless robotism. The talk of not been a robot reminded me of Nina Simones's version of Feelings (check it out).

Hi Lauryn1982, on this tour I have seen her in Paris, the first Brixton date and Manchester. I am off to the Brooklyn Bowl gig on Sunday, I have meet and greet tickets too I was a big fugees fan back in the day, lol we used to take the Score cd to our local alternative night where the dj would play virtually anything. Loved the bootleg Clark Kent remix of Ready or Not. Great nights, music ranged from Nirvana to Prodigy to Nina Simone to Dianna Ross, a right hodgepodge Then Miseducation came out and I loved that album. The original version of Ex-Factor is still one of my favourite songs to put on when it's nice and sunny and you wanna chill, that laid back old soul vibe just oozes sunshine. Then Unplugged aired MTV which I taped on a crappy old VHS and me and my house mate at the time loved it. After unplugged didn't hear anything about Lauryn for quite some years till the fugees reunion. Saw her in 2005 in Manchester with fugees but missed her solo shows and really stopped checking for news. One night I came across a you tube video of the Sinnerman / Final Hour mix and was blown away by the music. It sounded incredible. So I then did some serious googling. It was so much fun discovering all the remixes and unreleased songs. I missed the 2012 shows boo - loved those versions but when this tour was announced I was ready ha ha ! Lauryn's approach to music fits me like a glove I hope she never stops keeping it fresh. I have been exposed to a wide variety of music from Bhangra to Qwali to flamenco to classical which all feature extended pieces with multiple movements and tempo changes and Lauryn blends and blurs these generes with modern styles perfectly. it's not everyone's cup of tea but it sure is mine.

For me - great show - still no clean hands clean heart vamp in final hour boo - but I can live with that. One more show for me this tour and then looking forward to what she does next time I hope she does an acoustic set one day with all the unreleased gems: I had to walk, guarding the gates, damnable h, the world is a hustle etc - and so e if the lesser performed released tracks - social drugs, peace of mind, selah, loose myself
