I wanted to go to this show soooooo bad! She was actually on time to this one (some of my friends went). The crowd was hype and she brought the energy. So sad I couldn't go. youtu.be/NPCJtwVtG2k

lol...I read she didn't get on until 9 (which seems reasonable to me, considering how concerts are structured anyway..opening act, dj, band setup etc). Don't know how accurate that is. What time did your friends say she came on?
She showed out on that one, gave a grand performance. Her performances are usually really great anyway, but this one was like you ain't gon' FK up my vibe lol...she brought it to the nth degree!
I swear she said in that clip "she's embarrassed by the JAMLESS crowd." I swear I heard that, somebody correct me if I'm wrong lol.
eta: lol had a typo up there

I swear she said in that clip "she's embarrassed by the jawless crowd." I swear I heard that, somebody correct me if I'm wrong lol. She came out around nine after the DJ. There wasn't a long wait from what I've heard. The show even ended at 11, and you know how early into the morning her shows can run lol. I've heard nothing but positive reviews. If I was there I would have requested "back & forth". Now if MLH would've performed it or not.... lol. I'm just glad she gave such a good show on the heels of backlash.

I feel a little sad for her though, that was brutal. It'll linger for a bit and then die out. my bad I had a typo that I just realized... lol I meant "Jamless crowd"...that's that autocorrect lol.

I've noticed her voice is more consistent this tour. I think it's because the dates are more space out this leg, so she has more time to recoup between shows. Just my theory.

Me too - she has been using her upper register and sustaining notes much less frequently. She really only powers it out this tour for the freedom on feeling good. Her voice is capable of incredible range and power - see water from the 2005 Chicago concert and particularly the I am what I am refrain at the end of ex factor at the Paris zenith and also killing me softly from San Fransisco a few years back. The faster the songs (therefore less sustain of notes), the lower the dynamic range in the arrangement and the less Whitney Houston vocal chord destruction technique used the better her voice seems to hold up within certain limits. Oh and of course more rest between shows like you guys mentioned.
She has been pushing it in a few of the Bob Marley covers towards the end of recent gigs again like forever loving Jah.
I think she has healthy voice mode like when she did the small axe tour and the ACL performance, damage limitation mode, and rehab mode lol
I like every now and then she pushes a bit past her limits and something goes sproing and then she has to protect and rehab again all while still touring.

She also performed one of my favorite Sade songs "Sweetest Taboo", and remixed the breakdown of "Mystery of Iniquity".

Have you guys noticed how Ms. Hill voice has stay consistent during this tour? It's hollow like a speaker phone. The pitch is higher also. It has no depth or richness to it anymore. Auto tune maybe.
