It's very sad. Sometimes I just can't believe what has happened and what is happening. Such a tragedy. So much talent and potential cut short.

It's sad when u have a singer who no longer can sing because she has practically lost her voice at 31 years old. It's also sad when u have an artist who continues to show up later time after time after time, disrespecting her fans. She has single-handedly ruined her own career as well as that of The Fugees. Columbia will never allow her to release another record again. That's why she plays the same ole songs time after time, and is now arranging them in all kinds of crazy ways! How much more of the same crap do you think ppl will continue to pay to see? Gimme a break!

It's sad when u have a singer who no longer can sing because she has practically lost her voice at 31 years old. It's also sad when u have an artist who continues to show up later time after time after time, disrespecting her fans. She has single-handedly ruined her own career as well as that of The Fugees. Columbia will never allow her to release another record again. That's why she plays the same ole songs time after time, and is now arranging them in all kinds of crazy ways! I think people should just trust lauryn or rather mrs Hill (as she wants to be called). She is one of the first who have refused to be controled by superficial things like sell or have a goog appearence. Now she just wants to be an ARTIST and take pleasure in it. And as it is rare in our business world, we must focus on her courage to get free and to be herself. And indeed she is criticized, because poeple wish they could have the same courage! :)
