I believe the surprise band at lauryn hill's concert in montreux will be... [shadow=black,left,300]DAMIAN MARLEY[/shadow]According to melodymakers.de Damian will play at [shadow=black,left,300]Montreux Jazz Festival[/shadow] on july, 7th! actually I DONT THINK so anymore... because Damian Marley play Montreux on the first of july! not the 7th! so... it really is going to be a surprise. but, like you, I dont care too much about it as long as hill shows up!  |

Isn't Damian Marley playing at the Afrika-Festival in Würzburg this year? It's the last weekend in May. Are you going there this year, fugees-online? Remember, last year we both didn't make it there but this year I think is a good time...LOL
Rita Marley will be there, too...

I think its julian marley... not too sure tho. anyway. all my friends are going (they are studying in würzburg anyway...) but I CANT MAKE it! so pissed! I have a "whole-day" seminar at uni on may 27th and 28th. damn it! rita will also be there!!! god!
and jahcoustix! make sure to check him out in case you havent already!
oh, I was at the patrice concert in erfurt yesterday and it was off the hook as always! hes such a good live artist! try to catch him! hes on tour right now!
his support act was NNEKA... you know her? she reminded me alot of lauryn- even looked a bit like her!
she was cool - also acoustic!!! try to check her out as well!

Yea, Rita is coming to the Afrika Festival. And yea, I guess you're right, it's Julian! what are you studying now btw? I switched to dentistry. but don't have anything to do this semester...didn't get a place in the lab. Sure I know Jahcoustix, man!! he sent me an e-mail...cause I sent him a message cause I'll be in his "street team" (check out his homepage), that means I'ma deliver flyers and stuff and in that message I told him to check out my shirts...he likes them.  lol oh and btw, did I tell you that I am designing shirts for a PUMA campaign "T-shirts on tour" for MAX HERRE and JOY DENALANE??? That's sooo great, man, I still can't believe it...I been in touch with their managers over the last couple of weeks, and now it's all done...look out for tour shirts designed by me...not sure, when this will be but I guess in 2006, since it's for the WM. I'll see Patrice on the nuke. I love his music but I hate the lil teenage girls in the front rows...awww...hope to see NNeka there too.. |

why did you switch to dentistry?! I thought you were so hyped about your studies?!
(Im studying online media by the way--- a study which combines the creative party with the production of media)
oh yeah... i forgot you are in jahcoustix steet team
by the way... in one song of NNEKA she sang: "this system is a joke..." and "wake up..." stuff like that--- it was pretty easy to tell where shes coming from... meaning which influences (musically) she has... LOL ;D

lol...cool. looking forward to hearing NNEKA... I switched to dentistry cause I wanna earn money later...of course I quit if I get my t-shirt biz rolling...or my music... Anyway...don't you just love the German weather of the last few days? Fantastic...lol anyway, Puma is doing a campaign like something "Art->Music->Sports" or something and they asked a lot of music artists, among them Joy and Max. btw, I put my first draft of the Joy design on my website...but they weren't satisfied (they say she looks mean on it - well, that was the pic!) so I had to re-do it...but I haven't put the final designs on my site yet. watch out, I say! |
