Erm, "Get Your Freak On" from Missy came above "Lost Ones. What criteria was this list based on? Certainly not lyrical content; popularity maybe, but definitely not lyrics or anything I'd remember a song for.

Hmm doesn't seem very accurate or fair. Lauryn doesn't seem to get the critical acclaim she deserves since she released Unplugged :/

Mystery of Iniquity won a grammy... Rolling Stone's lists change every year...significantly. They are trippin! THAT Missy song doesn't belong on there at all! Lol! Rolling Stone should state their claims accurately: The 50 top POP Rap Songs!

"Mystery of Iniquity" was only nominated, which is still cool considering how split the reviews were for Unplugged. I agree, however, about M. Elliot's track placing higher than "Lost Ones," not cool. And these rankings were voted on by "33 blue-ribbon artists...all sharing what their favorite hip-hop track was...Record producers, industry professionals and music journalists also chimed in."
