Apparently Ms. Hill was on time. Yes, miracles do happen! And she went on 1st to rave reviews about everything from her voice to her new song. At the end if Nas' set, they perform "If I Ruled The World" together! One of you internet savvy youngins can post some of the Twitter feed about the show. I hope they do it that way Wednesday! I am hype like a fat kid with cake about this show. 2 days....

November 5th, 2012 Recap: Lauryn Hill and Nas Take ‘Life Is Good’ Tour to DAR Constitution Hall Written by DC FabNas and Lauryn Hill, with a nod to a better hip hop, took over DAR Constitution Hall Sunday night. And Nasir, while in the Nation’s Capital, took a moment to remind the crowd to get out the vote. After he walked out onstage, he yelled, “DC, what’s up? I voted, anybody vote for my man Barack Obama!?” The crowd cheered and they wouldn’t stop through Nas’ set. Performing songs from his classic Illmatic album, Nas also paid tribute to his muse and fallen friend, Amy Winehouse. Lauryn Hill, despite many saying they didn’t know what she had on (I thought she looked fabulous in fur!), also showed the crowd that she hasn’t lost a lick of vocals in her “Black Rage” portion of the show. She performed her classic body of work from the Miseducation of Lauryn Hill, including a stirring performance of the “Ex Factor.” And a Nas and Lauryn Hill concert couldn’t be complete if the two didn’t team up to perform “If I Ruled the World.” That was a highlight. thefabempire.com/2012/11/05/recap-lauryn-hill-and-nas-take-life-is-good-tour-to-dar-constitution-hall/
