I think 'Can't Take My Eyes Off You' didn't fit into the album, but it is still a beautiful song

I think it is different to the miseducation, and so columbia thinks it wont sell. They shouldn't cause Lauryn can make any song and turn it into a hit even with one instrument.

Lauryn's behavior is and has been counter-productive to her cause/fight. You dont do what she has done and maintain respect, credibility and your fan base. She is diggin herself into a very deep ditch, that has now spiralled out of control. No one can rely on her anymore for anything. Ppl will get fed up and eventually they will not check for you anymore. BET and MTV are not pleased with her, to name a few, and those two in themselves are major. Columbia/Sony is the most powerful, and the giant of all giants in record company. She is up for a very tough fight. They do not owe her, she owes them! She needs to suck it up, swallow her pride, play nice..get herself back into the studio and start creating. In truth, she owes that to her fans. She had us waiting long enough. As she said, that last unreleased album was transitional. So now, lets do it! She don't owe jack to us, she is moving from the transition of a entertainer to a Artist before entertainer perspecive. That means she makes her music for her message and expression not for sales or public appeal. In short she is not a puppet any longer, not to columbia, not to the buying public. I can respect that, I hope she does understand what it means to have people feel your music and relate to where you are comming from. I also agree that she is acting a bit imperialistic with her meet my standards but I won't meet yours attitude-I hope this is a rouse and that she discovers a better way to break away from Sony. Finally Sony, they might be on top now but they are losing market share as we speak. IF you want to see how many people are beginning to hate Sony then go to Vanguardsoh.com go to the forums section type Sony and look at the comments of hatred for Sony-Music is not the only area Sony is becomming despised by their customer their philosophy on market control and corporatizing every form of expression and creation no matter whether it be movies, music or video games. In the end I wish lauryn the best, she chooses to spread as much truth and knowledge as she can discover against popular appeal, for that she is like a sister to me-I wish her the best, against Sony and the World.

Yo if that's true, then that is quite a bold album title! It will give alot of ammunition for all of those who are saying... she is a diva etc etc. But i think the title is hot! and i don't see why the media is making such a big deal about it. she should be called whatever she want's to be called. But it means that fugees album might be delayed further as it is unlikely that both albums would be released in the same year."Wanna throw stones this year" Her next album should be called... 'and that's just for right now coz i ditnt make them say empress yet!" She's soo foxy lol.
