Who feeling that new Solo album? I've always felt Solo was underrated, this is her best work. Favorite tracks?? Hard to choose! I can't even choose any lol
I love the entire album.
some of my fav tracks (again hard to select, because they are all great songs) fubu don't touch my hair cranes mad
And why does it seem like I hear Tweet all up in this album? Is she on background vocals?? lol. Some of the songs also have a Raphael Saddiq feel to it. Errything about this album is a hunnid for me.

ok yeah I thought so! I wasn't sure though lol. Yes this album is really great!
Just to add, I ain't heard this kind of content/album from a well known female r&b singer since LH,...says a lot. <<I take that back sorta. I think that Solange is just so straightforward lol, there were others since LH (kinda, not in the same lyrical league, but the content addressed it). Others have songs incorporated though, they're just not as blunt I think, except for maybe Angie Stone lol. Maybe it's been such a long ass drought with this sort of content from a woman, it just feels like there are no women saying anything really. Iono, it's the most straightforward pro-Black album (not a few songs) from a well known r&b Black woman since LH imo.
It's so unapologetic. Truly great album.
