I feel like Lauryn is cheating us all the time... i agree cuz showing up late all the time and never ON TIME is really strange like she lives in her own world........that's not bad....but.....behaving like that......with no respect to ALL FANS (most of whom like her music more than anything) is really wrong..........and mabye i am wrong and don't know how it feels when u are a star - but i think it's possible to live your life the way u want and at the same time communicate with the others......with the ones u like i mean and don't ignore the ones who like u damn! any time i open this forum i become way too talkative)))

I can't recall when the last time I've heard of her showing up on time for a performance... Us as fans are totally supporting her 100%... it hurts to have our support shoved aside. What more can we do but to leave her alone and let her do her own thing? At this point, I would absolutely love to hear something new from her, but its not totally necessary. What I want is for all this mess to be over with. I guess if she really wanted to do this whole reunion thing it woulda been done by now. If she really wanted to release that album of hers, we'd know a lot more about it by now. Maybe she's just had enough with all of this and if its done with, I guess its done with. I'm just glad we got the amazing stuff from her that we did. But hey, if she's gonna keep it all going, I'm down. She's got my support... 100%.

REVIEW BY thea paisleyLauryn Hill does not even have a new song on the radio she rarely gets any air time all her fans came out just to support her.i guess to her "nothing really matters" -thea paisley That's the best line ever...But seriously i always have Ms. Hill's back but this time i think it was a little harsh to leave her fans waiting around like that

I live in Washington, DC. I purchased tickets to see Lauryn Hill in Atlanta, Georgia on Saturday, October 30, 2004. At 5 a.m., Ticketmaster left and Automated message on my voicemail saying "Due to an illness, the Lauryn Hill Concert at the Dekalb Atlanta Civic Center, has been cancelled." My plain tickets and hotel room were purchased through travelocity- they were non-refundable. Maybe she was sick that time. I won't question that. However how does she think that she can still have fans and treat her fans like this. If she doesn't care about people loving her, why does she agree to do shows? And after all this, I still love her!

Illness and sickness is possible, and fans understand. But not letting the fans know and keeping them in the dark is bad

OFFICIAL STATMENT 3121 clubThe management of 3121 regretfully canceled the Lauryn Hill show scheduled for Sat., Feb. 3 late that evening as we were aware that while the artist was en route, the eventual starting time of the show was getting later into the early morning hours. We felt it was our responsibility at such a late hour to cancel the show and offer refunds as we were unaware when the artist might arrive at the venue due to travel difficulties. Lauryn Hill, through 3121, offers to make it up to her fans as soon as an available date can be confirmed. vegasblog.latimes.com/

P.S. The only thing that could ever make up for this, is if she does the Grammy's and rocks it! Now.......What is the likelihood of that happening?

Grammy's aren't what they used to be. The legends of the industry aren't around anymore

I too dropped everything to be at this show and I am extremely disappointed that she showed up at 2 am. I left at 1:30am. I don't think she performed at 2:30 because everyone left and fights broke out. If she performed at 2:30 then her only audience was the bar staff and extra security called in to break up the fights. I heard she did show up at 2 am but was told that she could not perform.
