Is capturing this energy known as channeling or yoga meditation?

Am going to try with this one True but it's not easy to define.
Chanelling and yoga mediation and two pathways to cultivating the state but not the state itself.
If you imagine a seesaw on one side would be arrogance and the other anxiety and the seesaw is perfectly level but added to that you forget the seesaw exists. It's like you know it's in the balanced position but then forget how precarious the balance is and by not focusing on it the balance is maintained. It extends over from than just confidence though. It sounds a bit much but I guess it's kind of a manifestation of your authentic selve untouched by chatter but somehow super responsive but not reactionary.
It's so hard to explain. It's like all your atoms going in the same direction at once but also peaceful.
Nina Simone described it as freedom and how it felt like the antennas were really working and in terms of not pushing or pulling too hard.
You can encourage it but it can't be forced.
I used to dream a lot about flying (unaided) but as I got older I would fly less and when I did I would be aware in my dream that if I noticed I was flying I would not be able to do it, I would literally sink to a hover and then the ground. It always went the same way - I would notice I was flying but know if I noticed I would stop so tried to notice out just the corner of my eye lol. But even just you the corner of my eye the the "spell" or state was lost.
If you imagine balancing a coin on top of a needle and if you achieved it the feeling of nervousness you would have when you slowly move your hand away after doing it the first time. As soon as you start thinking how amazing it was that you managed it you get nervous which stops you doing it again. If you get to the point where you remain calm and achieve the feat many times eventually you don't feel so nervous when you move your hand away and then you are in a receptive pre state.
It all sounds like Mumbo jumbo I know. I don't have the words yet to describe it. But thanks for asking now I am thinking about it the words will refine eventually and at some point pop out.

its a state of ease, like rather than trying to break up a mountain with a hammer, seeing where to tap the mountain with one finger so it crumbles by itself.
Oh boy you ask hard questions

The great thing about meeting someone in that state is that if you are open it allows a connection to form. I think this may be the essence oh when people catch the Holy Ghost etc. Maybe it's a form of hypnosis who knows. It's denfity used in a diluted form at concerts the most common occurance where the audience all sing along or move in unison, but it's very diluted. The more open the audience is the stronger the feeling.
I think that's why Lauryn sometimes struggles with such dead crowds. The crowds are not open due to having to wait and their own expectations.
When we are kids mist if us are very open. One kid can throw an imaginary ball and their friend catch it and throw it back. They are in sync. People seem to loose this ability as they older and life thrusts gives us pain and worry.
Well I am waffling later

Apologies for my poor spelling, grammar and syntax but I am dyslexic and type things as they come a lot of the time. It's not I can't construct perfectly formed sentences it's just it's extra effort for me that in most cases is not needed

Maybe Ms Hill described it best as simply "love without fear"
