And two hours late to what? I didn't see any show dates Two hours late to the first date of her tour, which was supposed to start at 7:30.... you know these things do start at specific times... As someone who seen the amount of backlash Lauryn endured from 2005-2010, as someone who would tour and have shows that start at 7 in which she would be so late she would start past midnight, where she would scream on the mic the entire time (the reason she love her voice)... dressed in what many would say clown make-up... lets not have this tour rehash that backlash. As for the past 2 years Lauryn has made a great improvement vocally... and with being on time.

If she had done any of those things last night then you might have a point but if her bus broke down what do you think she should've done? She got there, she apologized, she looked good, and based on tweets those who waited around enjoyed the show.

In any case, you're a little too negative for me, there are things that happen and that are out of people's control. Learn to deal with it or don't go, real simple. It's not easy running a show.

Lauryn can walk on stage, take a sh*t, and leave... and you would be claiming its the most beautiful performance she has ever done. Fact of the matter is... she was late... and on instagram many people complained.... twitter... they also complained..... Facebook.... they also complained.... And you are a little to bias for me.... DUST!

I know many that start at 7.... and so did the majority of people there if not they would not have went to social media as they did and dragged her for being so late.... nor would many have walked out like that did for her being so late... Its obvious Lauryn has the place of God in your hearts.

Maybe they should do a reality show on the logistics of running a tour. There could soundboards exploding at inopportune moments, boarder closures, missing luggage, a stylist's dog could eat a vital passport !

There could soundboards exploding at inopportune moments, boarder closures, missing luggage, a stylist's dog could eat a vital passport ! Okay..I usually keep out of these conversations because they're so silly to me, but I need to clarify something. No artist starts at the time of the time listed on the ticket. The point is to drain as much money from the patrons for the venue as possible. SO...you have an opening act and then it takes a LONG while to move the last artist's band and equipment off the stage and then set up the new band and ALL of their equipment. If something goes wrong with said equipment then that just prolongs the time even more. The HEADLINING artist is meant to start at least 2 hours later than the time the venue lets the patrons in. The majority of the time, Ms. Hill has not been late. The time in Brooklyn where she didn't show up till midnight is definitely her fault in some way! Now imagine this routine with FESTIVALS with hundreds of artists doing the same spiel in a shorter time span. I hope this helps.

I'd like for your car to brake down and see if you have any control over that, come back when you've figured this out, until then how about you keep your consistent negativity on moratorium until there is something to truly complain about.

I agree I have been to loads of concerts and the main act never starts when the ticket says. The time on the ticket is usally when the doors open!! They always come on around 9 - 9.30ish. Most artist also do around a hours set and seeing Lauryn does just under 2 hours I think that is amazing.
