rumour: shes going to be at the Glastonbury Festival - Friday 24 June until Sunday 26 June 2005 in England! check: www.efestivals.co.uk AND at the PROIJAZZ Festival in Finnland 20-22 July check: www.porijazz.fi/ hope shes coming to germany as well... or at least somethin near here.... austria, swiss, poland, france.... denmark....... c'mon!!! |

she's coming to montreux, switzerland.
i just ordered 2 tickets! but they're really expensive: 89 swiss francs (about 60 euro) for one ticket.

i hope so! lauryn hill and band and a surprise group are performing. at least she has a band and isn't performing all by herself like in the mtv unplugged performance.
in my dreams the surprise group consists of wyclef, pras and others from the refugee camp. that would be great.

it's okay for a few songs. but if you're not a native english speaker and don't understand completely what she's saying, it gets a little boring...
i'm a fan of the rapping/singing "the score" lauryn.

well I am from austria not understanding everything right away either. but her lyrics are more important to me then her just jumping around on stage. whatever she's doing is fine for me!

dann könnten wir ja eigentlich auf deutsch schreiben :-)
sie muss nicht rumspringen aber etwas abwechslung wäre nicht schlecht. und die stimme eine woche vor dem konzert ein bisschen zu schonen wäre nicht zuviel verlangt gewesen.
whatever... ich finds geil, dass sie wieder mit wyclef auftritt. einzeln sind sie super, aber nur zusammen unschlagbar! mir läufts immer noch kalt den rücken runter wenn ich z.b. "a change is gonna come" höre.
ich freue mich auf den 6.juli und lasse mich überraschen, wie sie performen wird und ob sie neue lieder hat. jetzt muss ich nur noch jemanden finden, der mitkommt!

also wenn ich ehrlich bin, wycle mag ich überhaupt nicht und wenn zusammen dann auch mit pras!
mir ist es ehrlich gesagt egal ob sie ihre stimme schont oder nicht ich will sie einfach nur wieder live sehen!!!

komme aus der schweiz. wohne so ziemlich in der mitte von bern, basel und zürich.
du magst wyclef nicht? die neueren cds finde ich auch nicht mehr so toll. aber seine ost lieder zu hotel rwanda oder manchurian candidate zeigen, dass er es immer noch könnte. carnival ist eines meiner lieblingsalben.
wyclef habe ich zweimal gesehen, lauryn noch nie live. daher muss ich unbedingt gehen.
in montreux treten mos def + raphael saadiq am selben abend auf. leider ist das schon ausverkauft :-(
pras gehört zu den fugees, klar. aber er mag vielleicht gut sein in so business dingen, aber seine reime sind nicht gerade spitze.

für mich kommt wyclef ziemlich eingebildet rüber aber is ja egal hat ja jeder seinen eigenen geschmack. für mich is lauryn einfach die beste und ich kann es kaum erwarten sie wieder on stage zu sehen!!!

im fernsehen manchmal schon. aber live ist er genial! als ich ihn das zweite mal sah, hat er über 3 stunden performt.
so, musste einfach etwas schreiben. sonst hast du in jedem forum den "lastes post" :-)
was hörst du ausser lauryn noch so? ich finde z.b. india.arie genial!

nein!!! mos def und raphael saadiq treten auch auf!!!  AHHH! sind dass die bands die als surprising act gelistet sind... oder treten die zwar am selben abend wie lauryn hill auf aber auf einer anderen bühne??? und es ist wirklich schon ausverkauft???! f**k...! ich kann mich nicht entscheiden zwischen montruex und nuke festival... aber wenns eh keine tix mehr fürs montreux gibt hat sich das ja auch erledigt...   |
